young Italian chef left on a three-year culinary tour of Europe to pursue his dream
of opening a fine dining Italian Restaurant. Inspired by Hardware Lane, a small street in the heart of Melbourne; with its European architectural heritage, the young chef suggested the name "Vialetto" meaning "little street". Vialetto is renowned for its Live Jazz music nights played every Monday to Saturday nights. Come and experience the relaxing Jazz atmosphere with your meal. This is truly fine dining experience at its best. For the past fifteen years, executive chef and proprietor Dante Mastrantuono, has been consistently serving mouth-watering cuisine to all his loyal cliental.
